Mr. Staats has been affiliated with Workers Choice Health Services since June of 1995.
Mr. Staats has 7 years experience providing physical rehabilitation and return to work services for injured workers in the state of Ohio. Throughout his extensive industrial rehablitation career Mr. Staats has performed many services including: design and implementation of rehabilitation programs, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Formalized Injury Prevention, Job Analysis, and the development/implementation of employer based wellness programs.
He specializes in Transitional Work Services and other on-site return to work programs which focus on early intervention of the injured worker and restoration of function. As part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, his goal is to return injured workers to the job site as quickly and safely as possible and provide education for the employer as to the benefits of on-site services.
In addition, Mr. Staats has clinical based experience in work hardening and cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation. He has been involved with the delivery of occupational health services throughout his career and strives for improving the quality of service through a commitment to the customer.
