Mrs. Hall has 5 years of experience in developing and implementing work simulation and physical rehabilitation services for a variety of employers in the state of West Virginia. She currently is responsible for the work conditioning and work hardening programs, pre-employment screenings, work readiness evaluations, and client/employer educational sessions. She is part fo a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and exercise physiologists. The goal of this team approach is to return the injured worker to a safe and functional level as soon as possible while providing the educational tools to prevent re-injury to both employee and employer.
