Mr. Tadak is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio and New York. He has been employed with Workers Choice Health Services since September of 2001.
Mr. Tadak is responsible for acute Physical Therapy. Other services include functional capacity evaluations, job site analyses, and providing transitional work services at the injured worker’s job site. Working in concert with an occupational therapist, other physical therapists, exercise physiologists, and athletic trainers Mr. Tadak is part of an integrated team of rehab professionals that provides high quality service to injured workers.
Mr. Tadak has experience in industrial rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, adult neurological rehabilitation, and home health. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
