With our Ohio BWC accredited Transitional Work Developers, we are committed to providing a personalized program to better assist employers with managing workers’ compensation costs through effective return-to-work programs. WCHS will assist in the development of transitional work and injury reporting policies and procedures, job analyses, establishment of an oversight committee as an internal component of the program and training and education to employees on the benefits of a transitional work program.

Increase Your Return to Work Success; Offer Transitional Work Therapy at the Worksite
Workers Choice Health Services Inc. assists employers, injured workers and physicians by providing Transitional Work Therapy at the Work-Site. The program utilizes industrially trained licensed physical and occupational therapists that are committed to providing a personalized return to work program for each injured worker. The program involves specific stretching, strengthening and functional activities along with instruction in proper body mechanics and material handling. We also provide ergonomic suggestions for the worksite to assist with improving a safe work environment. Through this service we assist employers in managing workers’ compensation costs and improving the long-term employability of their work-force.
