Professional Profile
Mr. Maly joined Workers Choice Health Services in June of 2001. He is licensed to practice physical therapy in Ohio with plans to obtain a Kentucky and Indiana license.

Mr. Maly is responsible for providing acute and active physical therapy, performing Functional Capacity Evaluations, and providing Transitional Work Services at an injured worker’s job site. He has a special interest in promoting ergonomics as an integral part of worker rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Mr. Maly pledges to balance the concerns of the injured worker, employer, physician, and case manager throughout the rehabilitation process.
