Mr. Gwin, licensed in Ohio and Michigan to practice physical therapy, has been employed by Workers Choice Health Services since July 2001.

Mr. Gwin has practiced physical therapy in a variety of settings since 1992, including acute/hospital, skilled nursing, home health, sports medicine, and general outpatient orthopedics. Working in conjunction with case managers, physicians, and injured workers, he has helped design and implement work conditioning and work simulation programs in a clinic setting. Additionally, Mr. Gwin has extensive training and exposure in biomechanical assessment and treatment of the lower extremity, pelvis and lumbar spine.

Mr. Gwin is responsible for providing both acute and sub acute physical therapy services; performing Functional Capacity Evaluations, job site analysis, and transitional work services at the job site.
