Work Hardening Program: Work hardening is the advanced active physical rehabilitation program for patients that are ready for a more aggressive exercise and work simulation program. Work simulation is used to recreate the client's job by simulating activities, postures, and conditions associated with his/her duties. The Work Hardening Program uses a multidisciplinary approach which incorporates a PT, OT, exercise physiologist and an ATC who designs a program that is specific to the workers needs.
